The kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooker, hob & extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. A high chair is available for no extra cost, if required.
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, arm chair, coffee table, satelite TV and DVD player. There are an assortment of DVD's for guests to use.
There is also another chair behind the arm chair with a side light which is ideal for reading.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 4 built in wardrobes and a hair dryer. There is a patio door, which leads onto the patio.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a bedside cabinet. There are 3 built in wardrobes offering plenty of storage space.
The lounge and 2 bedrooms all have air conditioning units, which can be used as heaters in the winter months. Air conditioning is included in the price.
The property has a large south facing garden, which is ideal for sunbathing and outdoor eating.
There is a table that seats 5 and a BBQ.
The main seating area is in the shade all day, so even though the apartment is south facing you can escape from the sun. There is also a lovely breeze which keeps you cool during the day.
There are 4 sun loungers complete with padded cushions, so sun worshippers can step straight out of bed and onto a sun lounger.
There is open grassland in front of the property, which is safe and ideal for children to play and run around.
There is also a children’s play area close by which is easily accessible from the property and you don’t need to cross any roads to reach it.
The complex is not on a main road and is not over crowded. Cornilia Court consists of just of 22 apartments and 4 villas.
All bed linen and towels are provided. For those staying 2 weeks or more weeks, the linen will be changed weekly. Extra linen changes can be requested at an extra charge.
We provide a courtesy welcome pack. Included is a 1.5 litre bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
Oroklini is a relaxed residential village which is an ideal base for exploring the island. It is also in the same region as the British Forces base and is ideal for those wishing to visit family and friends based there.
The village has 2 bakeries. There is a 24 hour bakery within 10 minute walk of the apartment stocking all basic essentials.
There is a bank with cash point, good quality supermarket, internet cafes and several traditional Cypriot Tavernas in the town, which are within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes).
Although there is a bus service in the village, our visitors have strongly recommended car hire if you want to explore beyond the village. You can hire a car from the airport or from the village (Dhekilia Road).
For those who prefer a faster pace of life, 2km from the apartment is Dhekelia Road. There is a large assortment of international restaurants and bars (including English Bars).
The beach is also here. It is a long sandy blue flag beach with small restaurants and cafes. The water is safe for swimming.
There are various activities available in Oroklini - scuba diving, horse riding, mountain biking to name a few.
Our friends look after our apartment and they live on the same complex.
