A drive to the beach is 5 minutes and you will have a pretty sea view from both the terrace while relaxing or the sunroof, whilst sun-bathing. Should you wish to vacation without the hassle of driving the local bus to the beach is a 5 minute walk from the villa and departs every ten minutes!
Nestled snugly on the side of the famous Montgo Mountain the villa is in the very desirable Castellans area of Javea. Villa Wisteria is within 2 minutes walk from the National Park and offers a splendid opportunity to explore, walk, climb and enjoy the local flaura and fauna.
Villa Wisteria has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with roll top tub and a separate full toilet/shower room. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, as well as a lovely living room with fireplace, dining area, glazed naya, new fully fitted kitchen, storeroom, etc.
In the exterior of the property there is a nice pool which also has a safe children's paddle pool area with a terraceding surrounding it. In addition there is a built-in BBQ area, tennis court and a wonderful children's play area. For the tennis lover, we have a beautiful private tennis court for your personal use.
The sunny roof terrace has lovely panoramic views of the mountains and the sea and is perfect for private sun-bathing or a quiet relaxing evening drink.

Terra Mitica is the Mediterranean's leading theme park. The five area's in the park are themed as different countries, Greece, Rome, Iberia, Egypt and the Islands.
Aqualandia is one of the largest water parks in Europe. The park is full of great attractions such as springboards of Laguna, Kamikaze, Atlantic wave pool and the black hole to name a few. A key feature to the water park is the child friendly Adventure Land which has been developed for infants and young children to enjoy. With over 20 rides and areas, from high adrenaline rides like the big bang, to the relaxing Amazonas.
Mundomar Marina & Exotic Animal Park is a fascinating attraction full of the most beautiful and interesting marine and exotic animals. Turtles, sea lions, bat caves, flamingos, parrots, dolphins and Racoons are just a few of the different types of marine & animal life you will encounter.
These 3 parks are all about a 30 minute car ride from the villa, with live shows, rides and water slides it is a great fun packed family day out.

Oliva Nova Golf, (30 Min. drive from Villa) was designed by Seve Ballesteros. For the past 4 seasons, important events have been celebrated here, such as the Celebrity Golf Tour and the Ray Clemence Footballers Golf Invitational. These are charity events in which the participants are famous singers, actors, sports people and ex-international football legends. This is a technical course over gently undulating ground. It is easy to walk, and adheres to the traditional formula of four par 3's, four par 5's and ten par 4's, where good strokes are rewarded and bad ones are not, and, as Seve himself says "This course offers great possibilities to all golfers, as it has short, medium and long holes, and fairways with left and right doglegs. I think it poses a challenge to any golfer."
La Sella Golf (5 Minute Drive from Villa)
The 18 hole Golf Club La Sella is surrounded by an ecosystem of Mediterranean forests and mountains alongside the stunning natural park of Montgo. It is a variable and suggestible course situated in a protected ambience and is designed in a way that is suitable for all levels of the game. The course was designed by the prolific golfer Jose Maria Olazabal in 1991 and an extension to 27 holes will be available soon. What better course to play, than one designed by Olazabal. |
