Kea is about 60 km south-east of Athens, the trip from Lavrio by ferry takes around 1 hour. The new international airport of Spata is a 15-minute drive from Lavrio.
These privately owned, fully furnished maisonettes have just been built (completed October 2008) and are located just 1 km from Ioulida, the capital of Kea. There is also a pathway that takes you straight into the village (approx. 15 minute walk) All beaches on the island are accessible within 10 minutes from the maisonettes. The closest main is supermarket located 2 km away.
The maisonettes are stone built in the traditional style of the Island, and offer spacious terraced areas with pergolas offering fantastic view of the Aegean Sea. Each maisonette is built on its own piece of land, which is between 500sq.m and 800sq.m. The maisonettes can accommodate six people comfortably.

| Notes from the owner/agent | INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING TO THE ISLAND OF KEA IN THE CYCLADES
To get to Kea, boats leave from the port of Lavrio, daily which is only a 15 minute drive from "Athens International Airport. The ferry boat is fairly cheap (about 9 euros per person) and takes approximately 1 hour, or just 15 minutes with the "Flying Dolphin" boats. N.B - Be sure to book your ferry boat tickets well in advance, especially if you are taking a vehicle as the close proximity of Kea to Athens makes it a very popular getaway all year round.
Payment
•40% of the rent is payable upon confirmation of your reservation, the balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel 60 or more days prior to your arrival date, payments are refunded in full, payments will not be returned for cancellations after these dates.
•A fully refundable security/damage deposit of 50% is required (for weekly rental periods, for long term lets, this security deposit will be discussed with the owner).
