This beautifully structured and decorated traditional villa, is located in the heart of Oia(Ia) town.
The only down side is the steps someone has to do to reach it. Apart from that, this villa has every ingredient to make sure you have a dreamy holiday with luxury, privacy and relaxation.
The villa has a magical terrace/patio which is divided in two levels, with concrete, built-in couches with pillows to relax on, and an outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 persons. The view from the patio or from inside the Jacuzzi is truly magical.
As you walk in the villa, the first things that attract your attention are the colours and decoration...they are breathtaking. The first area you walk in is the living room/dining area. The living room has 2 very comfortable sofa/beds that can be used to sleep 2 extra guests. There is a flat screen TV, dvd player, Internet connection, and a phone for the guests to use.
The dining area is big enough for 6 people to sit and enjoy a meal.
There is master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Slippers and bathrobes are provided and of course linen and towels. A second TV is also in the room.
There is a second room with 2 built-in twin beds.
There is a second bathroom and a kitchen which is fully equipped.
Breakfast ingredients are also provided.
The villa is in the centre of Oia. After you go up the steps you find yourself in the middle of the walking path that leads to the end of the village, where most people go to watch the incredible sunset.
Someone will also help you with your luggage once you arrive in Oia.
There are shops and mini markets only within 100-120 meters from the villa.
The car park is at the same distance.

- There will be no charge for cancellations received up to 31 days before arrival.
- 30-15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- 14-7 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
- 6-0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.
