The island of Santorini is famous for the volcano, the myth of lost Atlantis, the famous sunsets and the dramatic caldera cliffs.
This villa is built on one of the highest parts of the island. The village of Imerovigli. It also sits on the highest point of the village...literally. The view from up there is just indescribable.

While standing at the edge of the more than spacious balcony, you certainly feel like you are on top of the world.

The villa is of simplistic style, but not quite.
The 4-poster double bed can make your honeymoon or just your romantic getaway, even more special.

The villa is very spacious. It is comprised of one bedroom, separated from the rest of the house with a sliding door, a lounge area, a bathroom and then we have an open plan kitchen-dining area, in which you can also find 2 twin beds.

The kitchen is equipped enough to allow someone to cook and have dinner. It also has a fridge/freezer. There are also a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and CD/MP3 player.

The rooms are fully air-conditioned and there are also heaters for the colder months.

If you also need to have internet for your work or just to check emails, then wireless connection to a network is there for you free of charge.

This house combines everything in my opinion. Design, view, ease of access, near main town, quietness, fully furnished and equipped with more than the necessary for a relaxing holiday.

There is also daily service at the villa (at your discretion).
Linen is changed every 3 days and bathroom towels every 2 days.

Near the villa, you can find restaurants, shops, mini markets, churches, car parking, and a bus stop only 60 meters away.

At check-in, you will receive a map of the island and a folder(returnable) with useful information about what to do and see in Santorini.

If you stay for 10 nights or more, please ask for any special offers that may be available at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:
- No penalty for cancellations 31 days or more before confirmed arrival.
- 21-30 days prior to arrival, results in 25%of cost of stay.
- 15-20 days prior to arrival, results in 50% of cost of stay.
- 7-14 days prior to arrival, results in 75% of cost of stay.
- 0-6 days prior to arrival, results in 100% of cost of stay.
- No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% of cost of stay.

Payment policy:
- We require 50% deposit on all bookings in order to hold the dates, unless they are made within a month from the date of arrival, in which case we require 100% deposit.
The deposit should be made through wire transfer in our bank account and the rest of the amount will be payable upon arrival in cash or travelers cheques.
- PayPal can also be used in some cases, but there will be an extra 3% charge for this service on the amount being transferred.
- At the time of booking, besides the deposit, we also need your credit card details for security reasons only. The card will not be charged unless there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.
