Many of our guests love to be staying in a quiet area but have the city and local attractions very close by.
We are only a few mins from the Fiuggi shops restaurants and the famous spa

The apartments are bright and spacious and includes all facilities and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay
Furnished and decorate to a very high standard with double glazed windows and blinds with french windows opening onto our large garden.

After a day of sightseeing relax in our beautiful garden which has various fruit trees - vines - vegetable garden - Gazebo - BBQ -
Children will love the play area with plunge Pool swings and toys whilst the adults sit back in the sunshine improve their tan and enjoy the view the countryside and distant mountains.


A separate apartment of the same size is available for rental in the same villa for larger groups or a shared holiday with friends.
