The farmhouse offers four, spacious and comfortable apartments and an elegant and practical studio apartment. All the apartments are furnished in classic style with exposed ceiling beams and terracotta tiled floors.
The outdoor area is composed of a large garden with tables to eat outdoors and a deckchair to relax in, a splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over San Gimignano and a woodland park where you can take relaxing walks, treks or cycles for lovers of mountain bikes.


Holiday House Podere Monti offers guests 4 large holiday apartments, with a private garden, which were recently renovated while conserving intact the charm and features of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. All the apartments have a kitchenette, large bathroom with shower, period furniture, with attention to every detail. The thick walls of the holiday house allow you to enjoy the pleasant coolness of summer holidays and warmth during winter stays. Each apartment can be equipped with cots for babies and each room has its own heating system on a pay-per-use basis. There is a weekly linen change and final cleaning included in the price. There is a convenient car park within the enclosed area.

Mandorlo apartment:65 m² apartment with accommodation for 4, a double room and one room with single beds, a large sitting room and entrance area. The Mandorlo can be combined with the studio apartment, called Corte, for 2 people with an independent kitchenette and bathroom, to transform these apartments into one large apartment for 6-8 people. Outdoor area with tables and deckchair.

Cileigio apartment:90 m² apartment on ground floor with 2 large, spacious and very bright bedrooms. The kitchen is comfortable and practical with a quiet sitting room which can also have an additional sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower. A large outdoor area is equipped with tables and garden chairs.

Gelso apartment:90 m² apartment on first floor with beautiful and picturesque attic with skylight. The accommodation is composed of large and comfortable living room with sofas, a practical kitchen slightly removed from the sitting room, a beautiful double room with a window overlooking the garden and an attic with two beds. Outdoor area with tables and deckchair.

Leccio Cottage:45 m² independent from main building, entirely on ground floor with 2 double bedrooms, beautiful sitting room and kitchenette. The entire building is characteristic, very bright and practical. Outdoor area with tables and deckchair.

Studio apartment Corte:The studio apartment (35 m²), called Corte, has a large kitchenette, a large dining area and a bathroom with a shower. It can be rented together with the "Mandorlo" apartment. Outdoor private patio with hedges of laurel with tables and deckchair.

Podere Monti holiday house offers an ideal environment for countryside excursions on foot or on mountain bikes. The environment surrounding the holiday homes includes woodland owned by the proprietors that enables comfortable, relaxing and quiet walks. The swimming pool is open to guests from May to September.
