Typical country-house, two floors with garden, on the volcano Etna (don’t worry ,it’s not any kind of risk). It works as a relaxing place as well as a starting line for touristic, cultural and naturalistic expeditions, because it is very near to the main touristic places of the eastern Sicily (Zafferana, Catania, Acireale, Taormina, Syracuse).
Suitable in spring and summer, but particularly in autumn, cause of the sweet climate, the hikes in the neighbor woods, and a typical event that take place every Sunday in October. The “Ottobrata” is basically the greatest farmer’s market of the surrounding areas, a huge display of all typical products of the Sicilian culture, included gastronomical-wise. The house has a large panoramic terrace, a court, multiple parking spots, a complete kitchen, charcoal barbecue.
18 km from Catania (30 minutes), 4 km from the center of the village, every amenity in the village (food shops, bar, restaurants, etc.).
