Superbly furnished, air-conditioned, 2 story villa on select cul-de-sac development less than 10 minutes from Disney! Private screened pool which can be heated, overlooks a conservation lake and is surrounded by a large sun deck with comfortable loungers and patio furniture.

There is a master bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room which has french doors leading to the pool area. On the first floor there is a double room with queen bed and two twin bedrooms each with one single and one double bed. There is also a full family bathroom with twin sinks. For added luxury there is also a shower room with WC next to the pool.

The lounge area has cathedral ceilings and huge windows overlooking the pool. There is a 32" cable TV and DVD/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining area with seating for 8. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the covered lanai for outside entertaining.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. Towels and bed linen are all provided! The local supermarket and restaurants are just a couple of minutes by car as are the championship Golf courses at Champions Gate.
