The property is very private as it is the very last house in the small Mediterranean village near Beziers and has a big garden. It enjoys wonderful views across the vineyards of the Orb valley, and on a clear day you can see the Pyrennees in the far distance. It is only about 25 minutes drive to the Mediterranean beaches and village shops & an excellent bakery are just 1.5km away in the neighbouring village.
