This is a small but perfect, one bedroom apartment with a combined kitchen and living room. It contains everything that is needed for a stay in Panicale, including an en suite bathroom and washing machine. One of the benefits of staying here is the beautiful view over the Trasimeno lake from the bedroom window. Lovely to sit at while drinking that morning coffee!
Upon entering the apartment, you walk into the cosy living room and kitchen. Furnished with a bed-sofa, television, dining table and chairs, washing machine, gas oven and hob, the stable is fully equipped for your stay here. While, with it’s ceramic floors and brick walls, where you can still see the stone loops used for tethering the horses, it keeps beautifully cool in the summer.
Upstairs, you sleep in a bed with an antique metal headboard that looks like wood, a technique developed at the turn of the last century. With a built in cupboard of surprisingly large proportions, set into the wall, and an en suite bathroom, this room saves its’ crowning glory till last. The view from the window is lovely, and sitting at the little table with a glass of wine or morning coffee can be the perfect end, or beginning to your day.
The Stable is available for vacation rentals in the high season and long term rentals in autumn and winter. It has autonomous gas central heating, and because of its size, is very affordable to heat up and keep warm. It is the perfect place for a cosy couple, which expect the occasional visitor, or someone staying on their own. The stable combines genuine charm, affordable prices, and all the convenience of modern living.
