Riverside Lodge is a property of immense charm and character located in an idyllic riverside setting only 500 yards from the centre of Ambleside in the heart of the English Lake District. The main house is occupied by the owners Alan & Gill Rhone. Attached to the house are 2 cottages "Overbeck" and "Middlebeck" both of which have their own entrance and are completely private and self-contained. They have been tastefully refurbished and generously equipped to 4 star standards. Each cottage comprises open-plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area, with a spacious Bedroom and Bathroom upstairs. The cottages accommodate 2 persons only and will appeal to discerning couples. We do not accept children or pets. There are superb views over the river towards the hills. Full Central Heating is included plus a feature electric fire suite in the Lounge. The Bedrooms have King-Size Double Beds plus an additional TV and Radio. Everything required is provided including all bed linen and towels. The rates are inclusive of all costs and reflect the high standards and attention to detail.
