A $250 booking deposit is required to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Also a separate $250 refundable damage deposit is required, until departure inspection.

Pool heating is available at an additional $25 per day from Oct. to March.

We accept personal checks, cashier checks, bank transfers, and money orders.
If booking within a 30 day arrival, the full amount must be paid upon booking.
Cancellation 30 days or more prior will be refunded minus a $50 fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less, your deposit will be withheld.
