Situated close to the résidential urbanisation Tres Cales in a quiet residential area with rural vieuws. Situated in the provençal and exotic scenery of the Costa Dorade. Surrounded by the unspoilt green mountains, azure blue creeks and very fine sandy beaches. At the centre of the Golfe de Saint Jorge, in the hart of the Costa Daurade, situated 135km south from the Airport of Barcelona and 30km south from the Airport of Reus. Tres Cales is only a few km away of the authentic fishing village l’ Ametlla de mar, a local fishing village situated in a preserve tourist area, well supplied with sandy beaches, bays and beautiful cliffs.

This house has two floors, a private pool (5x9) and is set in private grounds of 12.000m2, located on only 15 minute walk to the beach.

The house includes a lounge which is equipped with two sleeping couches, a large fully fitted closed kitchen. Cooker on gas, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven, iron, washing machine, cutlery, plates and glases..

The house has tree bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms. Both with shower and a toilet, One bathroom is situated on the patio and in this one you don’t have hot water.

The covered terrace has a vieuw at the pool, an Andalousian Patio (5x12) with a real outsite kitchen and barbeque. Terrace furniture, extra shower at the pool. It is better you don’t drink the water. The house is situated in a comming to an end road, the garden is enclosed well and the entrance is supplied by an automatic gate. There is enough space to park a few cars. Dogs are allowed.

The price is including usage of Gas/Water/Electricity, maintenance of the swimmingpool (1xweek)
