Typical detached Catalan Finca with private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in a very quiet spot in own olive grove with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding olive trees and forest.

This property which covers 10.000m2 is located in a very quiet spot. Nature is your neighbour. This well treated olive yard is located in a coming to an end road on only 6km away from the sea and the authentic fishing village L' Ametlla de mar, a preserve tourist area, well supplied with sandy beaches, bays and beautiful cliffs.


This house has two floors, the living room is connected with a covered terrace, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped it has a cooker on gas, cooker hood, stones worktop and a refrigerator with freeze. There is a separate space where the washing machine and dishwasher stand. The house has four bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bathroom, which are on the groundfloor. On the first floor are a double bedroom and two bedrooms which each has 2 single beds (90x2.00). Pillows are present. One extra bed is available.

The swimming pool (8 x 9) has a separate part for the children, the surface is there 0,50m and have it's own walk in stair. The main swimming pool goes to 2.5m profound. The pool is constructed in height and surrounded by terraces, which have been moored in nature stone. The house has equipped with garden furniture, this to increase your comfort. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding.

You also have at your disposal a great covered terrace (8 x 12m) with a very large table for 12 persons. Barbecue dining table below an olive tree. We advice you not to drink the water from the tap.
The house has been protected with iron grills, netting for mosquito and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. This house has a drive and parking for several cars. A dog is aloud.
