A beautiful apartment (75m2 or 860 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.

The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped, and is very quiet considering its location. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with a a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal for chilling out, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette, and a small inner patio-terrace.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
