2 year old one bedroomed apartment.Very light and airy,with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
Furnished to a high standard and the apartment overlooks the swimming pool from all windows.There is a balcony on the lounge and also a small balcony on the bedroom, both overlooking the beautiful pool.The apartment is situated on the top floor which is the 2nd floor.all floors are accessible by stairs or lift.
This is a lovely complex of 126 apartments over 5 blocks, suitable for all ages.The grounds are well maintained and paved with garden benches around the complex and is gated entry to residents only.

The beach is approx a 10-15 min pleasant walk away, through the shops and bars of Albir.The pebble beach is very clean with sunbeds and pedaloes for hire.Albir has a wide variety of restaurants to suit everybody.There is a beautiful flat promenade which stretches for approx 1 mile to the next resort of picturesque Altea.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space, floor standing fan and hairdryer.
The bathroom is fully equipped with double basins with fitted units and has a bath and shower.

The lounge has a large storage unit, including drawers, a metal action double sofa bed, large footstool which becomes a metal action single sofa bed, two chairs ,tv, all formats playable DVD and cd/radio.
The balcony has a glass topped table and chairs which can be brought into the apartment for use during the cooler months.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all facilities , and a washing machine can be found in the utility area.

The apartment also has full air conditioning, which also can be used to heat in the winter months.

Benidorm is a 15 min bus ride away with plenty more shops,bars,restaurants and nightclubs.
Terra Mitica, the famous Costa Blanca theme park is approx 15 mins away by car or taxi and is a fantastic ,fun family day out.Aqualandia- well worth a visit!The area's top water park is also only a ten minute journey away with water rides and slides for all ages.
