The Sagittarius Apartments (new in 2006) are situated above the well acclaimed Sagittarius Restaurant, approximately 700 metres from the sandy beach of Tingaki on the northwest coast of Kos Island (about 10 minutes walk away). Each 2 bedroom apartment has its own private balcony providing beautiful views of the surrounding area and further out to neighbouring islands.

The apartments have one double and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has bathtub/shower over, wc, wash handbasin and hairdryer. The lounge has one sofa bed, two easy chairs, coffee table and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, grill oven/duel ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juice maker and iron/ironing board. Air conditioning and safe box are available for a supplemental charge. Linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided and changed regularly. A shared washing machine is available for guests' use on the same floor as the apartments. Maid service is 6 days per week.

Children are welcome and cots and high chairs can be requested at time of booking. One of the apartments has two sofa beds and so can sleep a maximum of 6.

Tingaki is a fairly quiet resort ideal for families with young children, couples who want a quiet holiday and people in the older age bracket who simply want to take it easy.

For those who want to stay in Tingaki but also enjoy a lively night out, Kos Town is only 12 km away, about 15 minutes by taxi, where there are plenty of bars and nightclubs to dance away the night. Within the area of Tingaki though, there is a small selection of music bars which is sufficient for most who stay in the resort. Activities within close proximity to Tingaki include horseriding, go carts, swimming, water skiing, and wind surfing amongst other water sports available at the beach. For those who want to do some sightseeing, car hire is available in Tingaki as well as organised tours including the tour of Kos Island, a traditional Greek night in the mountain village of Zia and trips to other islands including Rhodes, Symi, Nissyros (volcanic island), Kalymnos (sponge divers island) and Patmos (the Holy island).

The apartments provide self-catering accommodation but many people enjoy eating out in tavernas and restaurants in Greece. The nearest restaurant is directly below the apartments - the Sagittarius Restaurant which offers Greek specialities as well as a wide choice of international dishes, Italian and Indian curries. There is a substantial childrens menu and plenty of choice for vegetarians. Guests staying in the Sagittarius Apartments receive a 10% discount on meals eaten in the restaurant.
