Disney is 10 minutes drive and Seaworld 20 minutes,plus shops,restaurants,bars and Walmarts 24 hour superstore within 5 minutes drive.
Mini Golf, Airboat rides, Go Karting, Helicopter rides, Horse riding and Old Town are all in the vicinty along with a Designer Shopping Mall and Nike World.
There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing plus jogging/cycling trails around Eagle Pointe and the adjoining Liberty Village and Cumbrian Lakes.
Our very large sundeck attracts the sun all day and has ample space and pool furniture for 6 guests.
The deck faces a wooded conservation area offers a large amount of privacy when you are relaxing by the pool.
We also have fibre optic lighting for your evening swimming.
Inside our fully air-conditioned villa you will find a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need plus a washer/dryer in the double garage.
In the spacious lounge we have Cable T.V,Stereo/CD and DVD players and formal dining for 6 guests.
All 3 bedrooms have Cable T.V and our villa has the added luxury of 2 master bedrooms with double bed and en-suite facilities plus pool access from both master suites.The third bedroom features twin beds.
A safety deposit box is fitted for your valuables.
All phone calls,international,long distance and local are free and all linen including beach and bath towels are provided.Each bathroom has a hairdryer plus shower and bathtub.
Our Management Company are registered members of the Central Florida Property Managers Association and live 2 minutes walk from our villa on Eagle Pointe.
We also provide beach chairs for your days out to the coast and travel cot,high chair and stroller for our younger guests. A BBQ can be rented upon request and welcome packs provided for a small charge.
