We are located 3 km from the typical french village Boulogne sur Gesse in the Haute Garonne departement in the south of France; about 70 km from the spanish border. The secluded estate is situated in a unique environment of lovely gently rolling country side with magnificent views to the majestic Pyrenees on the horizon. It is surrounded by 67 acres of private land with established woodlands and beautiful open pasture. The stead dates back to 1746 and is completely renovated. It is easily accessible from Toulouse Airport in 60 minutes drive and equidistant between the Atlantic and Mediterranean Coasts.
The accommodation consists of a separate guest cottage adjoining the main house, surrounded by private parkland. The cottage ( gite ) is built in a traditional style and decorated with character and warmth. It can sleep 4-5 people

Boulogne, just 4 minutes drive distant, has two supermarkets, banks with automatic teller machines, petrol stations and a cinema.

The owners have chickens which provide fresh eggs, two cats, a small goat, wild ducks and a gentle border collie, all of whom extend a warm welcome to their guests.
