This is a fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom house. It is on a complex of six houses with a shared pool.
There is a fully-fitted kitchen with built-in oven and hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing-board .
The spacious lounge has a TV, DVD and CD Player and includes the dining-area. Both the lounge and dining-area lead on to the patio that is adjacent to the pool. There are safety railings around the patio as a precaution for children.
The master bedroom has en-suite shower, WC and wash basin. The three double bedrooms (containing single beds) each have their own balcony.
There is a downstairs cloakroom containing WC and wash basin.
All windows and patio doors are fitted with fly-screens. There is a small wall safe.
The complex is situated in the lovely village of Peyia, on the western side of the island of Cyprus.
Village amenities include supermarkets, chemist, banks, bars, tavernas and restaurants, all within strolling distance. It is only five minutes drive to the shops, laundrette, bars , restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach at Coral Bay.
For those who want a little bit more, Peyai is approximately 45 minutes drive from the Golf Clubs at Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Paphos harbour and Waterpark is 15-20 minutes drive away. If you like Horse Riding or Go-Karting these two sports are available no more than 5 minutes drive from the house.
Car hire or taxis from the airport can be arranged on request. The nearest airport is Paphos
(25 Km). Flying time from the UK is between 4¼ to 5 hours.

Coral Bay has a 'Blue Flag' award winning beach and is a lovely tourist resort. It is surrounded by lush green countryside and banana plantations. There is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
Coral Bay is the ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday and an excellent base for the nearby historical town of Paphos with its mixture of ancient and modern attractions.
Temperatures on Cyprus range from a range of 10-15° C in January to a maximum of 27-32° C in August. Sunshine hours are an average of 5 hours in January to 12 hours in August.
