Our beautiful villa situated on the prestigious, secure gated community The Manors North at Westridge. Located off highway 27, 15 minutes from Disney.

Community amenities include a 50ft communal pool, tot lot, tennis courts, and clubhouse with large screen TV. These facilities are for the sole use of homeowners and guests. Our guests all agree that it is a pleasure to come home from the hustle and bustle to our peaceful haven with every home comfort you could wish for! Accommodation
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with all you need & separate laundry room. There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

DINING NOOK
The dining nook looks out to the pool and seats 4 alongside the breakfast bar area.

FAMILY ROOM
Patio doors to the pool area (alarmed for safety). There is a TV/Video/DVD and a selection of films, books and games for guests use.

LOUNGE
The lounge is ideal to sit and enjoy a few cocktails and conversation. The room is tastefully decorated in cream and beige and has patio doors leading out to the pool.

DINING ROOM
If you want to be slightly more formal, the dining room seats up to 6.

GAMES ROOM
Our new games room is themed in a black, red and chrome with a full size pool table, air hockey and foosball game. For your comfort we have 2 chrome wall fans and stools as well as a CD player for some background music!

MASTER SUITE 1 - PALM BEACH THEME
Beautifully decorated with everything co-ordinating, the room has a Queen size bed (UK King), Cable TV/DVD/Video. There is also a radio/clock alarm. The En-suite bathroom carries on the Palm Beach theme and consists of large walk in double shower, garden tub bath, his and her vanity units and toilet. A hair-dryer is provided. There is a closet and plenty of draw space.

MASTER SUITE 2 - ANIMAL KINGDOM THEME
Queen size bed. Again this room has feature paint effects which co-ordinate with the soft furnishings. There is cable TV, a radio/clock/alarm. The en-suite shower room doubles up as a pool bathroom with a door (alarmed), which leads out to the pool. There is a hair-dryer provided.

TWIN BEDROOM 3 - SEAWORLD/TROPICAL DOLPHIN THEME
Two twin beds - furnished in a beautiful brightly coloured Floridian Dolphin/Seaworld theme. It also has cable TV and Playstation 2 with a selection of games. A radio/clock/alarm is provided.

TWIN BEDROOM 4 - DISNEY MICKEY MOUSE THEME
Two twin beds appealing to Disney lover’s young and old. Tastefully decorated in classic Mickey red, black and white with a matching Mickey Mouse (cable) TV DVD/Video, radio/clock/alarm.

BATHROOM 3
Situated in between the twin bedrooms and carries on the Seaworld theme. Hair-dryer provided.

PRIVATE POOL
Our pool is 30ft x 15 ft with a planted area and waterfall feature in the corner. It has also has a seating area. The furniture was replaced in 2005 and now consists of a 36" round table with 4 padded dinette chairs, 54" octagonal table with a further 4 padded dinette chairs, 2 loungers and 2 reclining chairs with matching ottomans. There is also a small drinks table so you don't need to stretch to far away from your lounger! A range of plastic glasses, plates and bowls are provided for safe use at the poolside. A mesh screen also protects the pool and patio area.
