The lovely 1st floor apartment/bungalow has a large rooftop solarium overlooking the surrounding tranquil countryside with deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue. The lounge leads to the large balcony directly overlooking the landscaped pool which is only available to the surrounding apartments in this small friendly gated community. The 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each which can be pushed together with no sofa-beds although there is a sofa which could be utilised if essential. There are numerous interesting very local villages to visit with regular fiestas, and the fantastic beaches and night markets in Guardamar are only 15 minutes drive away. The spectacular new championship golf course "La Finca" is a short walk away and has recently opened a new commercial area built by the villarmartin group with banks, bar and restaurant and new things opening soon. Torrevieja with its night life and lively promenade is only 15 minutes drive. The 2 airports alicante and murcia are only 40 minutes simple drive away.
