Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, about 20 miles south of Alicante. It has it’s own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of six and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. It has a seperate fully fitted kitchen. It’s southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sunseekers out there.It also has its own private residents pool, which is open all year round, is key operated and has its own lifeguard in the summer months.

Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year.

It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within 20 minutes of the apartment.

There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling.

It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.

The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) We can supply any nursery equipment needed i.e cot, high chair, just let us know your requirements!

The lounge has a sofa bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite television, CD player, collection of 75 music CD's, DVD player , collection of 70 DVD's, a PS2 with 30 games, board games and books. There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.

All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, juicer, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen there is an outside utility area for drying clothes etc. The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and bidet.

Due to increasingly restrictive luggage regulations we now provide beach towels to leave more space in your suitcase!
