Villa - House to rent in La Marina Costa Blanca Spain

Our villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, villa with patio and large roof top solarium. It has cable TV with 50 channels including all English channels and Sky and has a garden with room to park a car.

It is situated on the new development of Marina del Mar and is 15 - 20 minutes walk from the main centre of the urbanisation and 10 minutes walk to an nearby commercial centre. There are two communal pools on the development. The property is furnished to a high standard and equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster and all the cooking utensils you would need. All bedding and towels (except beach towels) are supplied. On the solarium there are four sun loungers, table and chairs and even a shower to cool down! A small barbeque is provided if you want to eat Al Fresco. The master bedroom has the benefit of a lovely ensuite shower room with a double size shower which has recently been added.

La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, 10 drive minutes from Guardamar, 20 minutes from Torrevieja and 6 minutes drive from the Blue Flag beach. It is a well developed urbanisation whose local amenities include 3 banks, 3 public swimming pools, snooker club, bowling club, supermarkets, national health doctor, private clinic, pharmacy, 3 newsagents, discothèque and plenty of bars and restaurants (English, Spanish and German). There is a good bus service to all local towns and markets as well as to the beaches in the summer. The beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches offer safe bathing and are approximately 5km long. Eating out is varied and inexpensive.

For golf lovers, the closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, and Villa Martin, a championship golf course, are within a 20 minute drive. The famous golf courses at La Manga are 45 minutes drive.

There are numerous places to visit for both young and old, so hiring a car is recommended to obtain the best from your holiday. Terra Mitica Theme Park, around 50 minutes drive, is an excellent day out for all age groups. Few people can resist a visit to the Salvador Artesana Shoe Factory Outlet at Elche. There are Aqua Parks, Go-Carts and many other attractions all within a short drive.
