Our apartment is on the 2nd floor (sorry - no lift) of a small block situated right on the beach in Benidorm. It overlooks the beach from both its balconies. It is on Poniente beach, the quieter and more traditional of the 2 Benidorm beaches. This allows you to enjoy peace and quiet, but should you require something a bit livelier, local buses offer a frequent service to Benidorm town centre, running all through the night during Summer.
The apartment is close to many bars, restaurants and shops, and only a short distance from the new, modern shopping centre of La Marina, with its designer shops and lively entertainment area. Benidorm itself is home to Aqualandia (an outdoor water slide park) and Terra Mitica - Europe's largest theme park. All main attractions have frequent bus services running to and from them.

| Notes from the owner/agent | During the summer, the change-over day is Saturday. However we are more flexible during the other seasons. Deposit required - £50 per holiday week. Balance required 3 months prior to holiday. We have a special rate for winter lets of 3 weeks or more - £100 per week for 2 people sharing, additional clients incur a supplement of £10 per person per week. 50% of total rental for long lets required as a deposit. ALL Bank Holiday weeks are charged at £250 per week.
