The TV is equipped with a digi-box which include a selection of English-speaking programmes, and a video/DVD player, with films provided, which will entertain clients during quiet moments. There is also a conservatory overlooking the upper patio, and is a very pleasant spot for the winter. The villa windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and fans are provided for summer months and heaters for winter. Spacious patios surround the pool, with a brick-built barbecue. We also have a games room with dart-board, pool table, and table tennis, which can be rented for a supplement of £10 per person. Long winter lets are welcome - 3 weeks or more and the rental is £130 per week, utilities included. The villa is an hour's motorway drive from Alicante Airport, a 10-minute drive into Moraira, and a 10 minute walk to supermarket, bars/restaurante, car hire, taxi, currency exchange, bank, and laundrette, newsagent and public telephones. Facilities in Moraira include many bars and restaurants of various cuisines, clean sandy beaches, fair, harbour, supermarkets, shops and banks, English butcher and fish and chip shops, large Friday market and a nightclub. Also go-karting, tennis, golf, jetskiing, scuba diving and canooing. |
