$50 off/mo when renting Dec.1 - Feb. 28. March available for $1500 when renting Dec. through Feb. Daily rates add tax and $55 cleaning fee.
Weekly rates include all taxes and cleaning fee. Monthly rates include tax, add cleaning.
10.5% tax and $55 cleaning fee included in weekly rates.
Upon booking this condo a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required within 7 days to hold the reservation. The deposit will be returned after check out once the condo has been inspected for damages. Call or e-mail for daily rates. Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival by PayPal, money order or cashier check. Credit cards accepted via Paypal.
Canceling 2-3 weeks before scheduled arrival will lead to a 50% loss of deposit. No refund if canceled less than two weeks from arrival unless the vacation condo can be rented. No refund for early check out. A refund will be granted if a hurricane evacuation is order but no refund for the cleaning. The Sunbird Resort charges a $15.00 parking pass fee in addition to the prices quoted above. This pass is good for your entire stay up to one month.
