The house has a dishwasher, fridge, Radio and colour TV in both ground and on 1.st floor. Electric heating.

The house is situated directly at the beach and the sea. There is a beautiful view over the sea from both the house and the garden.

In Østre Sømarken you will find Minigolf, bike rent, herring smoking with a little restaurant, beaches suitable for children, a little fisher harbour and beautiful surroundings with some woods, an old water mill and only 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.

You can eat in the nearby little restaurant or in Snogebæk situated 10-15 minutes from Øster Sømarken.
