This country house has all you need for a peaceful family holiday in Spain. The villa has been newly built to a high standard with all floors tiled and wood beamed ceilings. Set in its own grounds with swimming pool and BBQ/patio area. Inside the property you have lounge/diner (with sofa bed), American style kitchen, utility room with all facilities, bathroom (shower only) and two large bedrooms. The property has mains drinking water, electric connected, and a 4-hob gas cooker there is a T.V in the villa (Spanish channels only) and an open fireplace in the lounge that can make for a romantic night in. The property has 360 degrees views of the mountain surround but is still only 3km from the main town of Orgiva, which has all amenities. REF A1

Coast/Beach: 30 minutes to Salobrena beach. 45 minutes from Almunecar water park.

Travel: 1 hour 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Car hire is essential.
