The air conditioning (Summer months only) is individually controlled allowing the occupants of the bedroom separate control to those in the lounge. Both the lounge and bedroom have patio doors to access the double balcony. The balcony has 4 reclining chairs, 1 table and a parasol, a collapsible clothes maiden is also provided. The separate kitchen is well equipped and includes a kettle, toaster and full size fridge/freezer.
