A medieval farmhouse, stables and former goat dairy, tastefully renovated. Comprises 320m2.
The former goat dairy has been converted into 3 self-contained holiday homes and the former stables now comprise laundry room for our guests and an office. Within the 4 hectares of land we realised 5 bungalows, a chalet for 2 and a mini campground.

Situated in the hamlet of St Maurice les Couches, close to the Chateau of Couches on the D143. The complex is surrounded by vineyards and farmland and is quiet and beautiful. The 4 hectares have tables and chairs dotted throughout offering space to wander, or room to sit and read or have a drink. There is also a playground for children. All amenities are close by.

Farmhouse can sleep 6-8 people and has a 4 star official classification.
Total bed capacity for the complex is 50 - divided over the separate dwellings. The land can accommodate up to 5 caravans. Saison 2005: with swimming pool.

Burgundy:

A region well known for its scenery, hospitality and gastronomy. The amount of summer light hours is comparable with the Mediterranean and the climate offers hot summers. There are also forests with wild boar and deer and hills to climb. The villages give plenty of opportunity to get to know the wines of the region and have superb restaurants. A set price, three-course menu will set you back as little as 11 Euros.

The Chateau of Marguerite is only 1 km away from our holiday complex and is well worth a visit. It also has an attractive church and 'cave.' The village of Couches, with a variety of shops and a sports complex (with tennis court) is just 3 km away. The area has a long and varied history and you will find plenty of old buildings, museums and places of interest.

Also nearby are several lakes, one of which is Montaubry where you could surf or water ski. You also have the opportunity to hire a boat on the Canal du Centre. Golfers will be delighted to hear that there are 4 courses nearby.
