The apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa-bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with microware, washing machine, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the lounge there is a CD player and a DVD player with a television.
There is air aconditioning for heating and cold and you can select the temperature. All bills are included in the price.

The area is full of cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and terraces but is not too noisy. There are supermarkets and fruitmarkets closeby.
You can walk to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía in 10 minutes, although the bus and metro network is excellent and cheap and will get you there quicker.
