The apartment is right on the seafront, opposite the Palace Pier and Sealife Centre. Ideally located for holidays, conferences, romantic breaks, shopping, clubbing, dining out, comedy, music, theatre or for those of us who want it all!
Vibrant St. James Street is just around the corner, the beach, clubs, the Lanes and Brighton Royal Pavilion are virtually on your doorstep. Although you are right in the centre of the action, you are perched high above it all with a great feeling of privacy. All you need for a great holiday is within a two minute walk, yet you are at the hub of local transport – try the open top bus to Devils Dyke or Ditchling Beacon.

IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT
CHILDREN
This property is located on the 6th floor and has tilt and turn windows. For this reason we feel that this property is not suited to young children. From here, just go down in the lift and you are among the best clubs, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions in town. Then when you’ve had enough, pop back upstairs to your peaceful haven above it all. For outdoor types the beach is handy, and access to the Downs is quick and easy by car or bus for walking, picnics and pub lunches. You will find a picnic hamper provided.
If you feel like staying in, there are books, games, CDs and videos. Cooking is no hassle as the compact kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, and many local restaurants and takeaways will deliver. But the views really make this apartment, and it’s possible to spend hours just watching. At dusk you will see thousands of starlings swarming, the sunsets are often spectacular, and many events such as the Pride parade and London-Brighton rally can be seen from here. Our personal favourite, though is lying in bed watching the Regency buildings in the Old Steine glow in the fading evening light – dead romantic.
