Deposit of $100 required before confirmation of booking, the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date or upon booking if less than 8 weeks before arrival. The booking deposit of $100 is not refundable. If a booking is made for June, July, August, USA or Canadian holiday dates or periods of 7 nights or longer a refund will only be given if the booking can be replaced by another booking for the same peroid and price. If only part of the booking can be replaced only that portion (less the $100 Deposit to cover bank charges and administration costs) will be refunded. If the outstanding balance for rental is not paid 8 weeks before vacation rental date the booking will be cancelled without refund (unless a prior arrangement in writing exists).

Cleaning costs prohibit the basic rental charge for one day.
