Payment Policy: All Rates are in Euros.
Reservation: 20% of total stay.
Deposit: 200 ˆ.
Payment: cash, credit card and / or bank transfer.
Payment is usually accepted in the currency of the price (euros) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: The reserve amounts to the figure of 20% of the price to be paid into the account you indicate or via credit card. The reservation payment is on account of the total price of your stay.
Upon arrival and signing of the contract must pay the remaining cash cash price and deliver additional $ 200 deposit that is refundable upon the return of keys or authorize this credit card deposit.
If you pay by credit card, you must send us an email quoting and give instructions to do so. Payment by credit card carries an additional charge in the given budget by 5%.








Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the reservation 20 days in advance will be refunded 100% of the reserve, if done with less than 20 days before the booking date, a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reserve.







Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that check-in (entry to the apartment) will take place from 15:00 pm to 19:30 pm Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and tickets outside these hours will be a surcharge of 50 euros only addition to the budget indicated.
Check out (check-out) be made before 09:00 to 11:00 hours of the morning. If the Check Out takes place on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or before this time, the tenant must deliver data from a credit card authorization by the deposit to cover any damage to the rented apartment.
