This quiet apartment right near the Plaza de Lavapies in Calle Olivar, is conveniently located one metro stop from Sol and a 5 minute walk to the Reina Sofνa museum or the Atocha train station. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and an inside bathroom, living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, an additional WC and a fully equipped kitchen. The 20-sq.meter terrace is a fantastic space to enjoy the sunny winter days or the summer mornings or evenings. The apartment is also equipped with a silent air conditioning system.
The upcoming and trendy neighborhood of Lavapies is full of affordable restaurants from all five continents as well as classical Spanish cafes and tapas bars. If there's something you must not miss in Madrid in Sunday is to walk around this area, el Rastro, and enjoy of its very long street market that shells from clothing, till the most peculiar antiques and curios.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.
To confirm the reservation of each apartment the customer must pay a deposit, which varies depending on the apartment, but never exceeds 30% oof the full amount for your stay. The reservation is never confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
After the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the telephone number of the agent who will meet you at the door entrance to provide the keys. At this point the client will have to pay the remainder of the payment.
At the time of check-in customers will have to pay a deposit of 200.00 , which will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
Entrances to the apartments are possible from 15:00 onwards. If you wish to enter before, please contact us and we will try to make these arrangements.. For arrivals that occur after 22:00 a payment of 25 will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: If the client would like to change apartments for another Link Apartments property changes are possible 90 days before check-in date, as long as the requested property is available. Otherwise a cancellation may be made. If you would like to make a change of dates, fee of 20.00 is required and the request must be made 30 days before original arrival date. In the case of cancellations: Inform Link Apartments more than 90 days before original check-in date. The deposit will be returned less 50.00 for management costs.
If informed between 30 and 90 days of the booking, the deposit will not be returned.
If informed less than 30 days before, the full price for the apartment will be charged.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Normally pets are not allowed in our apartments. If you have a pet you would like to bring with you please call us and we will try to find a solution. |
