The complex is situated on the banks of the River Guadiana, next to a nature reserve only 1 km from the Portuguese border.
Visitors are able to visit either country easily (no border controls) and experience the best that both have to offer. It is on the top floor and has a lift. Reserved parking immediately outside the apartment. There is a very large terrace directly overlooking one of the golf courses. The first golf course with club house was opened in January 2007 and boasts a lovely clubhouse with free wi-fi!
