Our villa situated only 5 minutes stroll from the new commercial centre in La Marina. There is a communal pool on the development. It has been furnished to a high standard and equipped to provide a real home from home.

The lounge is spacious with seating for six at the dining table and Satellite TV with all major English channels. The master bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, 2 bedside 3-drawer cabinets, dressing table with mirror an ensuite shower room is being added in October 2004 and will be ready for the 2005 season. (Pictures will be published after December 2004, however our second villa 244 Marina del Mar has had the ensuite added already and pictures of this can be seen on our website) The second bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds, a bedside 3-drawer cabinet and large double wardrobe with full-length mirrors. Bedroom three has 2 single beds, two bedside 3-drawer cabinets and a fitted wardrobe. Ceiling fans are fitted to all the bedrooms for your comfort in the summer months. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a large fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine and microwave.

All bedding and towels (except beach towels) are supplied. On the large rooftop solarium there are sunloungers, a table and 4 chairs, shower and small barbeque is provided if you want to eat al fresco.

La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, 10 minutes drive from Guardamar, 20 minutes from Torrevieja and 5 minutes drive from the Blue Flag beach. It is a well developed urbanisation with several commercial centres whose local amenities include banks, public swimming pools, snooker club, bowling club, supermarkets, national health doctor, private clinic, pharmacy, newsagents, and plenty of bars and restaurants (Spanish, English, Chinese, Italian & German). There is a good nearby bus service to all local towns and markets as well as to the beaches in the summer. The beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches offer safe bathing and are approximately 5km long. Eating out is varied and inexpensive.

For golf lovers, the closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, and Villa Martin, a championship golf course, are within a 20-minute drive.

A car is not essential to enjoy your holidays at No. 62. We do provide details of coach trips which clients can book with a local company to such places as Benidom Palace, Benidom, Guadalest and Jalon Valley, the pick-up point being close to our villa.
