Welcome to the website showing our brand new 5 bedroomed 3.5 bathroomed villa on the beautiful Calabay Parc. The building was completed in June 2004 and has been finished to the highest specification.


Calabay Parc is a gorgeous holiday retreat nestling close to nature trails and a scenic woodland area off Highway 27 but is within 12 minutes drive of the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World. Less than a 5 minute drive will take you to local amenities: Publix supermarket, take away food shops, pubs (with English football showing live) beauty salon, chemist and late convienience stores.


Calabay Parc is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International and approximately 55 minutes from Sandford.
Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30.
Kennedy Space Centre is 60 minutes drive so to is Clearwater.


Now more about the villa. Naturally, as you would expect, the villa is fully air conditioned. It comprises: 2 Master suites (both upgraded to Kingsize), 1 Double bedroom, 2 Twin bedrooms and a Double sofa bed. The property sleeps 12 people comfortably.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the labour saving devices you care to mention. Everything from a microwave, cooker, dishwasher to an ice maker is there for you.

For the little ones, we have a high chair and travel cot. More can be provided if required. If little ones are in the party then mum can rest assured in the knowledge that the villa has a washer/dryer.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is an extended 15'x30' private screened pool with sun loungers chairs and table.
On the outside of the breakfast nook we have a 6 seater dining suite for those who enjoy the Al Fresco way of life.

THE VILLA HAS A BRAND NEW GAMES ROOM CONSISTING OF POOL TABLE, TABLE TENNIS TABLE AND A AIR HOCKEY TABLE. FOR FURTHER ENTERTAINMENT WE HAVE A DVD PLAYER, VHS VIDEO RECORDER AND THE LATEST PLAYSTATION2 WITH AN ASSORTMENT OF GAMES.
