Le Poiane is part of family estate of 300 hectares, the house is in a fenced part of 100(about 300 acres) hectares where deer roam free.
In the fence there are forests, easy patways, 4 ponds two with fish, the stream that drains the bigger pond meanders trough a forest creating small waterfalls and providing a nice walk and the habitat to fresh water crabs. The house dates back to the ‘800,occupied by sharecroppers up to the 1970,restaured in 1985-87 and again in 1990-91.
