Superbly situated, this modern house is less than 3 minutes’ walking distance from the local shop and bar of MONTCHATON and just 5 kms from MONTMARTIN SUR MER with various shops, supermarket, bars and restaurant. The sandy beach at HAUTEVILLE SUR MER is just a few minutes drive from the house. In addition to the beach there is also a sailing school here and a huge Sunday market during July and August plus a smaller market on Sundays the rest of the year. Horseriding, beach and casino at AGON-COUTAINVILLE.

This bright and airy, recently decorated house has a south facing, open plan dining/lounge area with double opening French windows leading out to patio area and large, lawned, enclosed garden. Well furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, two sofas, one of which is a futon bed, television with French and English stations and DVD player. The well-equipped, fitted kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, larder fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and breakfast table with stools, and is conveniently situated to the left of the entrance hall, opposite the double glazed doors to the lounge/dining room. The bathroom has a modern glazed-door shower and wash basin. Separate wc.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables.
